Location: Ubi, Singapore
Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator /Customer Service Executive to join an established company in the industrial equipment industry. The successful candidate will provide customer service and sales administration support, ensuring smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order processing.
• Prepare sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers on orders, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate shipments, delivery arrangements and import/export documentation.
• Monitor order status and follow up with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service or order processing.
• Experience using SAP is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience in shipping coordination and import/export documentation would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Candidates who can commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
