️ Your Role
As a Guest Service Crew member, you’ll be the heart of the Onsen experience — making every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them throughout their visit
Ensure all guests have valid entry tags before entering the Onsen
Maintain presentation standards: Fold Yukata, Obi, and towels neatly to company standard
Keep the dressing areas and Onsen counter tidy and well-stocked
Reset shower areas, wipe floors, and maintain overall cleanliness
Educate guests on spa etiquette and proper use of facilities
Monitor guest safety and ensure house rules are followed
Handle laundry items and track towel inventory
Support housekeeping and upkeep of service areas
What We’re Looking For
Part-Time:
3–4 working days per week, minimum 6 – 8 hours per shift
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
