Role Description This remote role encompasses responsibilities that may align with Data Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, or Data Analytics Manager levels, depending on experience and expertise. The position involves gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, then analyzing it to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining reports and dashboards in tools such as Power BI and Excel, writing SQL queries to extract and transform data, and developing analytical models to answer key business questions. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear, accessible format. Depending on seniority, the role may also lead projects, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the design of data analytics strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to analyze trends, measure performance, and validate hypotheses.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and document methodologies and results.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and structure data for reporting, dashboarding, and advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects or priorities in a fast-paced environment.
