We are looking for a proactive and experienced BIM Coordinator to manage BIM coordination activities, oversee modelling deliverables, and ensure the timely submission of accurate and high-quality BIM models and drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, resolve model clashes, and lead a team of BIM modellers while contributing hands-on to project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CDE platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
• Assist the BIM/Design Manager in coordinating project deliverables and ensuring timely submissions.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and model issue resolution with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Assign tasks to BIM modellers, monitor progress, and ensure the quality of their work.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, clash reports, and documentation using Excel and Navisworks.
• Develop and update detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit when required.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate design inputs.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Perform BIM model quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for clients and project teams.
• Extract quantities and generate material take-offs from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM libraries, standards, templates, and project documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in BIM coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Revit Architecture, and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of BIM modelling, clash detection, MEP coordination, and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage project deliverables and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in team handling, task allocation, and quality control is preferred.
