Working Hours

AP: 12 PM - 9 PM

Night Shift: 8 PM - 5 AM

Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, orders, and complaints via email and online platforms.
• Enter and process sales orders accurately and on time.
• Prepare billing plans and downpayment details.
• Check and resolve order or data errors by working with the relevant teams.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Follow company procedures and meet daily work targets (KPIs).
• Work closely with team members to improve work processes and customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and a positive team player.
• Able to work with people from different teams and backgrounds.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
