Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 6–9 years in infrastructure tooling, data integration, workflow automation, ITSM platform delivery or technology operations analysis
Working knowledge of Open Systems administration and patching across Windows, Linux/Unix and common infrastructure platforms
Working knowledge of middleware administration and patching, such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache HTTPD/Tomcat or equivalent platforms
Hands-on experience with BigFix/TEM or equivalent patch tools, CMDB/EAR, Helix/JIRA and vulnerability-management data
Experience with APIs, SQL, Power Query/Python, Power Automate or comparable integration and automation methods
Ability to translate patch operations and control needs into system requirements, data rules and acceptance criteria
Experience with UAT, production implementation, troubleshooting, support documentation and BAU handover
Experience in banking or another regulated technology environment is preferred
