Senior Project Manager – Technology & Infrastructure Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology and infrastructure initiatives across global teams. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of workplace transformation, office relocation, infrastructure migration, and modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Delivery

• Lead multiple concurrent technology and infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project financials, vendor engagements, procurement activities, and resource planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

Workplace & Infrastructure Transformation

• Lead office relocation, office expansion, workplace modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Oversee data center migrations, consolidations, and infrastructure relocation projects.
• Coordinate technology workstreams including network readiness, workstation deployments, collaboration tools, conferencing systems, and infrastructure cutovers.
• Ensure seamless service transitions with minimal business disruption.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, facilities, workplace technology groups, and external vendors.
• Drive decision-making, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading large-scale technology, infrastructure, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing global and cross-functional projects with distributed and virtual teams.
• Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Experience leading stakeholder discussions and driving decisions with senior and executive leadership.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure, workplace technology, and software delivery environments (technical SME expertise not required).
• Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving, customer relationship, and change management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, vendors, and teams simultaneously.
