Job Summary
The Senior Executive Assistant supports the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team in Onboarding and In-Service functions. This role ensures accurate, complete, and timely HR data management in myHR and related systems, supporting operational demands and projects.
Responsibilities
Enter new hire data accurately, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are complete
Update staff data in myHR for transfers, re-designations, and contract extensions
Process offboarding data updates for resigning employees
File all related documentation properly according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Support Onboarding and In-Service teams during operational peaks by managing workload efficiently
Grant SharePoint access to users as needed to maintain system accessibility
Cover colleagues’ duties during their leave to ensure uninterrupted operations
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives
Maintain strict confidentiality while managing high-volume data activities
Use Microsoft Excel to handle large datasets, apply basic formulas, and perform lookups for data accuracy
Identify and resolve data-related issues proactively to maintain data integrity
