JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave administration and HR documentation.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and manpower recruitment for HQ and project/site operations.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and staff welfare.
• Assist in payroll preparation, salary administration and monthly HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements, including KWSP, PERKESO, EIS and HRD Corp.
• Coordinate employee training, performance appraisals and staff engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, employee statistics and KPI updates for Management.
• Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures and administrative processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
