About the role

We are looking for an organised and service-minded Training Operations & Client Services Executive to join our team at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd. You will support our Training & Management Department with daily training operations and the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal, and be a main point of contact for clients and participants. This is a full-time role with opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Handle client and participant enquiries by phone, email and other channels in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinate course registrations, class schedules and participant confirmations
• Administer and update the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) Portal, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates
• Assist the Training & Management Department with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Prepare and maintain training, attendance and participant records
• Follow up with clients and participants before and after training
• Handle feedback, complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Work with trainers and internal teams to ensure classes run smoothly
• Suggest ways to improve processes and the client experience
• Assist with other operational and client-related duties as required

What we're looking for

• A minimum of a Diploma or O Levels and above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, operations or customer service roles. A background in training or course administration would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using portals, CRM or administrative systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Work schedule: 5-day work week (may include a weekend work day)
• Work location: Option to work at one of the following locations:

4. Lok Yang, Tuas
