Job Description
Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
Plan material requirements and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor production progress, WIP and material shortages, and resolve issues to minimize delays.
Review production capacity and allocate resources to optimize production efficiency.
Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate production planning records and ERP system data.
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
at least 2 years or more of planning experience
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good analysis skill
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Independent and proactive
SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
