About the Roles

Join as a BIM Modeller in a permanent, site-based role within the building construction sector. This position follows a 5.5-day work week, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm, with a package comprising Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop conceptual designs, technical drawings, and BIM models for construction projects.
• Prepare and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities.
• Produce civil, structural, electrical, and building-services drawings.
• Create and coordinate MEP services models using Revit.
• Generate quantity and costing information through Revit schedules.
• Review drawings and models to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulatory specifications, and industry standards.
• Revise drawings and BIM models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on work progress and variations.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and submissions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to prepare and interpret civil, structural, electrical, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with authority submissions and local regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
