Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Create and design marketing materials such as posters, banners, brochures, social media posts, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Develop creative visual content that supports the company’s branding and marketing activities.
• Assist in creating graphics, visuals, and simple video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and visual guidelines.
• Work closely with the team to understand design requirements and deliver creative materials within deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files and marketing assets.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Assist in preparing and creating content for the company’s social media platforms.
• Support content planning, post preparation, and scheduling.
• Develop creative ideas to improve social media content and audience engagement.
• Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.

Marketing Support

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials for exhibitions, events, roadshows, and other activities.
• Assist with event preparation, booth setup, promotional materials, and other marketing requirements.
• Support the team in preparing presentations, company profiles, and other marketing-related materials.
• Assist with basic marketing reports and documentation.

Learning & Development

• Learn and develop knowledge in digital marketing, branding, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on current graphic design, social media, and marketing trends.
• Perform other marketing and design-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic to good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Applicants with a design portfolio or samples of creative work are encouraged to submit them.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
