We’re now looking for a Content Specialist who is both creative and data-driven to help elevate our content strategy and strengthen our brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy, Creation & Direction

• Plan, script, and storyboard high-impact short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the video and creative teams to direct shoots and ensure all content aligns with G2G’s brand tone and objectives.
• Review first cuts and provide clear, constructive feedback to continuously improve quality and performance.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze weekly and monthly content performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future content strategies.

3. Trend Research & Creative Integration

• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, memes, and cultural moments.
• Curate and share relevant trend references through the Digital Management System (DMS).
• Integrate trends creatively while maintaining brand consistency and authenticity.

4. Content Optimization

• Optimize content for maximum visibility, engagement, and retention based on platform algorithms.
• Apply best practices in captions, hashtags, metadata, posting schedules, and audience behavior.

5. PUGC (Professionally User-Generated Content) Management

• Support the creation of authentic, high-performing user-style content.
• Ensure all PUGC meets brand guidelines, messaging standards, and quality expectations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content (TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels).
• Strong understanding of local audience behavior and social media trends.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Creative thinker who can balance originality with performance goals.
• Knowledge of skincare, beauty, or lifestyle content is an advantage.
