Kelayakan

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar role in a busy kitchen.

  • Culinary Skills: Strong cooking and presentation skills with attention to detail.

  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and has a friendly approach within a kitchen team.

  • Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section.

  • Assist the Chef De Partie in maintaining kitchen standards and food safety protocols.

  • Assist and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Monitor stock levels for ingredients in your section, reporting shortages to the Head Chef.

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated according to Carousel & Co. presentation standards.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and improve existing recipes.
