We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both clients and systems, and can help businesses successfully implement ZingKey’s HR solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and go-live of ZingKey’s HR SaaS system.
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and business requirements, including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, and Rostering.
- Handle system configuration, data preparation, testing, user training, and go-live support.
- Coordinate with clients, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related fields.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage client projects effectively.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP / SaaS implementation.
- Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, Leave, or Attendance processes.
