Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.

• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on:

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • TikTok Ads

  • Programmatic or Native Advertising Platforms (Preferred)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Meta Business Manager

  • Google Search Console

  • Looker Studio or other BI/reporting tools

• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and retention marketing is an advantage.

• Understanding of SEO, SEM, ASO, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies.

• Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and other paid media platforms.

• Own, manage and monitor media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.

• Evaluate campaign profitability and prepare budget recommendations for future initiatives.

• Design and implement performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, including key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and CAC.

• Execute A/B testing and conversion experiments to optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels.

• Collaborate with the Customer Retention Management teams to develop customer segmentation strategies.

• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to improve website visibility and organic search performance.

• Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

• Conduct market research to identify new customer acquisition channels.

• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Improve campaign workflows, reporting efficiency, and marketing processes.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members where required.
