Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the automation industry.

Min. 2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing setting

Lead and manage automation projects from planning to execution

Design, develop, and implement automation and robotic solutions for manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.

Communicate with authorize vendors on the user needs and company’s requirement.

Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

Allocate resources and manage project budgets.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.

Implement automation solutions and integrate with existing systems.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Conduct project evaluations and generate performance reports.

Follow up and coordinate formalities involving other departments such as procurement parts list etc post project implementation

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
