Maintain consistent engagement with clients and partners in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships

Build up ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio

Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs

Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review

Fulfill full compliance to our internal compliance policies as well as applicable regulatory requirements

Submit new business documents timely and accurately

Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner

Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations
