Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

Able to work at PJ Dataran Sunway, located 5 minutes walking distance from MRT Surian.

Able to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with different stakeholders.

Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.

Counsel and assist students in making informed decisions about university education.

Develop and strengthen student counseling services.

Follow up on student application progress and status.

Handle student and parent feedback while maintaining high service standards.

Plan and conduct online and offline sales and marketing campaigns.

Organize and participate in virtual recruitment events, presentations, and other promotional activities.

Promote and raise awareness of the Edu4U brand.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
