The Accounts & HR Executive is responsible for the company’s daily accounting, payroll, HR and administrative tasks, ensuring records are accurate and deadlines are met.
Accounts
Handle daily accounts payable, receivable and payment transactions.
Maintain accounting records, cash books and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly costing reports, Profit & Loss statements and financial summaries.
Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Prepare GST computations and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS.
Liaise with external accountants, tax agents and corporate secretarial service providers.
Prepare cash flow reports and assist with payment planning.
Monitor fixed deposits, insurance renewals, leases and other company administrative matters.
Human Resources (HR) & Administration
Process monthly payroll, payslips, CPF contributions and employee tax submissions.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave balances.
Prepare employment letters and contracts based on approved terms.
Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, medical benefits and insurance matters.
Manage Work Permit and S Pass matters through MOM.
Handle HR documentation, government submissions and general administrative duties.
Other ad hoc duties as instructed.

Attention to detail with strong accuracy when handling numbers, financial records and employee documentation.
Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and work with colleagues, management and external service providers.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial and employee information with discretion and professionalism.
