What You'll Be Doing
Welcome customers and take orders professionally
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards
Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
Share product knowledge and recommend suitable menu items
Operate and maintain coffee machines and café equipment
Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when required
Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
What We're Looking For
Experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player who is willing to learn and grow
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
