Salary Package: Basic $2400 - $2700
Work Location: West - Company Transport provided
Working Hours:
Option 1: Mon to Fri | 8.15am-5.45pm
Option 2: 12-hour Night Shift | 8pm-8am (Allowance $13/day)
Benefits: AWS | $500 Flexi Bonus | Sign-on bonus | 15days AL

Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer service and logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
Receive and process customer orders, delivery requests and shipment instructions.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport teams, drivers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide updates to customers.
Requirement:
Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, warehouse coordination or a related role preferred.
Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
