Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, branding, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.

Basic to good proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.

Good understanding of design principles, branding, typography, colour, and visual communication.

Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable using and exploring AI-powered creative tools and able to apply human creative judgement to refine AI-generated concepts and final designs.

Able to join as soon as possible will be added advantage.

Assist in developing creative concepts and visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.

Create and adapt visual content according to the company's brand guidelines and creative direction.

Perform basic video editing for social media and digital content, including simple cuts, captions, transitions, and formatting.

Work closely with the Creative and Digital Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver creative materials.

Assist in managing multiple design projects and ensure deliverables are completed within the required timeline.

Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from the Team Leader, HOD, or relevant stakeholders.

Support the team in preparing creative materials for campaigns, promotions, and other company initiatives.

Explore and experiment with AI-Powered design and creative tools to improve design efficiency, generate creative ideas, and support content development.

Keep up to date with emerging AI, design, social media, and digital content trends and share relevant tools or creative approaches with the team.

Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets.
