You will act as a liaison between the Physical Security Department and stakeholders globally, helping maintain a safe and secure environment. Job Description
Monitor and respond to routine and emergency alarms and video systems, including fire, door and duress alarms
Dispatch security officers, emergency response teams and local emergency services via telephone or radio, escalating critical events without delay
Investigate and analyse internal and external incidents, and gather intelligence on global events that may affect the client
Disseminate information to key partners and support confidential tasks relating to logistics, inventory and technical operations
Job Requirements
Proven experience in an operational physical security role, with Control Room experience essential
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team, while communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels
