Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, brand communications, and digital initiatives across all Bottega Mediterranea outlets. The Marketing Executive coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

· Marketing Campaign & Promotion

o Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.

o Coordinate promotional activities across all Bottega outlets to ensure timely and consistent execution.

o Support the implementation of local marketing initiatives to increase customer traffic and brand awareness.

o Monitor campaign progress and ensure marketing activities are completed according to schedule.

o Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

· Brand Management

o Ensure all marketing materials comply with the Company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

o Coordinate the production of promotional materials, menus, posters, banners, and in-store marketing collateral.

o Support the maintenance of brand consistency across digital and physical marketing channels.

o Assist in updating marketing content for new products, services, and promotional activities.

o Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and promotional materials.

· Digital Marketing Support

o Support the management of the Company's website and digital platforms.

o Coordinate content scheduling with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator.

o Assist in preparing email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

o Support online advertising and digital marketing initiatives when required.

o Monitor customer engagement and provide feedback for future marketing improvements.

· Event & Partnership Coordination

o Assist in organising restaurant events, product launches, media visits, and promotional activities.

o Coordinate with suppliers, event organisers, photographers, influencers, and external agencies.

o Support outlet teams during marketing campaigns and promotional events.

o Assist in developing community partnerships and brand collaborations.

o Ensure marketing materials and event requirements are delivered on time.

· Reporting & Administration

o Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.

o Track marketing expenses and maintain accurate records of marketing budgets.

o Assist in monitoring campaign performance, customer engagement, and promotional results.

o Coordinate purchase requests, quotations, invoices, and vendor documentation for marketing activities.

o Perform administrative and ad hoc marketing duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

· Cross-Department Coordination

o Work closely with Operations to ensure promotions are implemented accurately across all outlets.

o Coordinate with Finance on marketing-related purchases and budget tracking.

o Support CRM and Loyalty initiatives by providing marketing materials and promotional support.

o Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing projects.

o Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

· Requirements

o Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

o Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industry.

o Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media platforms.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

o Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is an advantage.

o Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
