Full Job Description

Content Creation & Social Media

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain content calendars.
• Capture behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle, retail, and event content.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and social media content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and contribute creative content ideas.

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports.
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Support online community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

Influencer & Marketing Support

• Assist with influencer, KOL, and creator collaborations.
• Coordinate campaign timelines and content deliverables.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing materials and campaign reports.

Events & Partnerships

• Support brand events, pop-up stores, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Assist with partnership initiatives and community engagement projects.
• Help coordinate event logistics and marketing activities.

Marketing Operations

• Support daily marketing operations and project coordination.
• Maintain content calendars, marketing trackers, and campaign documentation.
• Organize marketing assets and ensure files are kept up to date.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in fashion, fitness, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
