IX Telecom is seeking a proactive Domestic Sales Intern to support our sales team in Cyberjaya. You will gain hands-on experience in daily sales operations, assist with ongoing business projects, and help drive client engagement and market growth within the telecommunications industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
To assist the Domestic Sales team with daily operational and administrative activities.
To support ongoing projects, sales initiatives, and assigned tasks according to business requirements.
To control and maintain accurate records, documentation, and client data.
To assist in collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver client solutions.
To record daily tasks and maintain/update sales pipeline and CRM records.
To perform other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Internship Objective
Share and expose the trainees to the real-life working environment in IX Telecom.
Educate trainees with essential knowledge in the telecommunications industry.
Become familiar with sales process flows and commercial operations.
Able to learn and navigate CRM and sales tracking systems.
Internship Outcome
Trainees’ understanding of what IX Telecom offers to the telecommunications industry.
Trainees can handle sales workflows, manage documentation, and enhance their soft skills, especially in communication and negotiation.
Requirements & Qualifications
What we are looking for
Diploma / Degree students at the time of the internship (internship period of 3–6 months).
Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Others will be an advantage).
Able to put your knowledge and skills into practice.
Participate, engage, and embody the role of a full-time employee. Even if you are an intern, show your employer and fellow employees your skills and abilities through projects, leadership opportunities, and activities.
Outgoing and fun personality.
Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and willing to learn.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
