Job Summary
Support architectural projects by preparing design and presentation drawings, submission documentation, and construction drawings while coordinating with authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure project compliance and quality.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed design and presentation drawings to effectively communicate concepts to clients
Develop submission drawings and compile documentation to meet regulatory authority requirements
Assist senior architects in producing construction and working drawings, including tender documentation, to support project execution
Coordinate project requirements and approvals by liaising with relevant authorities, consultants, and clients
Utilize Bim Modelling (Revit or ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, SketchUp to produce accurate and high-quality drafting work for architectural projects
