Job Scope:
You will work in partnership with Operations Planning Branch on contract management, investigations and monitoring work.

You will be responsible for the following:

Contract Management

• Support contract lifecycle management, including contract variations, renewals, and enforcement processes.
• Assist in the planning and procurement of replacement contracts to ensure continuity of operations.
• Monitor contract deliverables, timelines and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain contract records, submissions and management reports.

Administrative & Project Coordination

• Coordinate cross-departmental engagements and follow up on action items.
• Arrange meetings and stakeholder engagements, including documentation of outcomes.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support audit preparation and coordination activities.
• Provide administrative support for operational, procurement and corporate initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• At least a degree certificate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract Period: 6 months (estimated: Nov 2026 to Apr 2027)

Salary: $22-$26/hr (depending on qualifications and experience)
