We are actively seeking skilled and passionate Finance Executive to enhance the operation of TAGS Chiropractic & Rehabilitation throughout Malaysia. You will be based in Menara PGRM 2, Cheras (HQ).

Job Descriptions :

• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• To coordinate all entities receive and process of invoices, expense forms and request for payment. Balances entries and makes necessary corrections.
• Assist online payment and approval processes; coordinate funds transfer and issuance cheque if necessary.
• Assist group cash flow and reconcile bank accounts to ensure sufficient allocation of funds at respective entities.
• Handle administrative ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet.
• Preparing monthly financial reports/management accounts on timely basis.
• Assist in preparing monthly consolidation reports for submission to relevant stakeholder and owner.
• To address queries from corporate finance, auditor, tax agent etc.

Job requirements :

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, LCCI or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field may be beneficial for this position.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Experience in using AutoCount will be an added advantage.
• Results oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player and good interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
