About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Securities Dealing Lead
to oversee daily dealing activities and lead a team of securities dealers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient trade execution, maintaining robust risk controls and enhancing dealing operations while supporting the firm's regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the securities dealing team, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of client orders across equities and other securities products.
Oversee daily trading activities, monitor dealing exposures and ensure compliance with trading limits, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams to support seamless trade execution and client servicing.
Review and enhance dealing processes, trading platforms and internal controls to improve execution efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members while supporting business initiatives and the development of regional dealing capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in securities dealing, equities trading or brokerage operations within a securities firm, with proven team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of securities markets, trading platforms, order management systems and trade execution practices.
Sound understanding of SGX trading rules, MAS regulations and dealing risk controls, with relevant CMFAS certifications where applicable.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams.
