Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue official letters and correspondence to clients.
• Manage vendor registration and prepare supporting documents.
• Handle issuance and renewal of staff access cards.
• Coordinate renewal of MOF and KDN - licenses within deadlines.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
• ⁠Maintain and update accurate records of uniform stock-in and stock-out transactions.
• Prepare and update the company profile for business purposes.
• Manage company social media accounts and online presence.
• Process purchase orders and company procurement needs, including uniforms.
• Oversee security equipment and uniform distribution.
• Handle firearm C&U applications and renewals.
• Supervise company assets and equipment maintenance.
• Arrange PUSPAKOM bookings for company vehicles.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
