Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Product Management team. As an Intern in Product Management, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Operation & Technology teams and cross-functional teams to learn and contribute to the development and enhancement of our products. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in product strategy, market research, feature development, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in conducting market research, including competitor analysis and customer feedback collection, to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and product planning meetings to generate ideas for new features, enhancements, and product iterations.
• Support the documentation of product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide the development process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Help monitor and analyze key product metrics and user engagement data to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Collaborate on user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet the highest standards before release.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience in product management, market research, or related fields is a bonus but not required.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 6 months (Full Time / Part Time)
