Position: Teller / Customer Service Assistant – Money Services Business

Location: Galleria @ Kota Raya, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter.
Accurately handle cash transactions and money exchange services.
Perform basic computer data entry and administrative duties related to daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to handle cash accurately and work as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in cash-handling or money services is an advantage.
