About The Role

This job is part of the Engineering andTechnical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support,preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, adjust, and maintain smallelectric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating,ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance on buildingHVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with allapplicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures anddetermine best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Use existing procedures to solvestraightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties,methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade schooldiploma with 3-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver'slicense required.
- Meet the physical requirements of this roleincluding stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the abilityto lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to follow basic work routines andstandards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset.
