Job Summary
We seek a driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT services business by identifying new customers, building relationships with enterprise clients and System Integrators, and managing a robust pipeline of IT services opportunities.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT manpower outsourcing and End User Computing (EUC) services
Prospect and engage enterprise customers, System Integrators, and technology partners to generate qualified leads
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and other sales activities
Arrange and conduct customer meetings to understand their IT manpower, support, and project requirements
Develop sales opportunities for IT manpower outsourcing, desktop and onsite technical support, EUC services, technology refresh, device deployment, and IT infrastructure projects
Collaborate with the delivery team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
Actively follow up on sales opportunities and drive them to successful closure
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales progress
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners to support sustained business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred
1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred
Experience in IT services, IT outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, system integration, or technology sales is advantageous
Existing contacts with enterprise customers or System Integrators are advantageous
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and initiating contact with new customers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills applied to achieve business outcomes
Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered
