What The Role Is

You assist in providing recommendations on key operational work streams and priorities of the department.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Facilitate departmental collaboration
  • Streamline operational workflows to optimise processes and maximise value output of the department
  • Conduct external research and work with institutes of Higher Learning to derive insights to drive fast and/or long-cycle operational development
  • Synthesise and provide strategic recommendations to support operations planning and development

Challenge(s)

  • Managing multiple priorities and being able to adapt quickly to change or emerging areas

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Public Policy, Global Affairs or a related field is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
