Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, customer service, KTV, lounge, or similar service environments is preferred

• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to provide good service

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Able to handle basic cashiering and payment transactions

Job Description

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival and escort them to their assigned rooms or seating areas

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service and handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly

• Clear tables and rooms after use and maintain a clean and comfortable environment

• Prepare rooms before customer arrival, including restocking supplies, sanitizing surfaces, replacing microphone covers, and checking equipment

• Report equipment or maintenance issues to the relevant team

• Prepare customer bills and process cash, card, membership, and promotional payments or redemptions

• Monitor and replenish supplies such as tissues, utensils, condiments, and other service items

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties

• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service teams to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure customers follow house rules and report inappropriate, unruly, or intoxicated behaviour to management or security

• Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
