Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with candidates and conducting regular follow-ups
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment cases effectively
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve recruitment targets
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, HR or customer service would be an advantage
- No prior recruitment experience is required; training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Communicate with job seekers to understand their experience, skills and job preferences
- Recommend suitable Singapore job opportunities to candidates
- Source and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and employers
- Follow up on interview results and candidate progress
- Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates
- Achieve individual recruitment and placement targets
Benefits
- Allowance: RM300 – RM350
- Incentives: RM100 – RM6,000
