Kerja Sepenuh Masa PPIC EXECUTIVE (DRAWING CONTROLLER - BOM), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di IPS PRECAST SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

This PPIC Executive will be responsible for maintaining drawing integrity, ensuring proper revision controls, and creating precise Bills of Materials (BOM) in our manufacturing system to prevent costly production errors and material shortages.

Responsibilities

1) Control and maintain all ST, preliminary and approved production drawings.

2) Ensure only the latest approved drawings are issued for production use.

3) Maintain a proper drawing master list and revision history.

4) Receive, review, log, and distribute drawings to relevant departments and project personnel.

5) Archive superseded drawings and clearly identify them to prevent unintended use.

6) Email and coordinate with engineers and sub-contractors regarding drawing updates.

7) Ensure documents comply with the company’s document control procedures and standards.

8) Maintain both hardcopy and electronic filing systems.

9) Ensure confidentiality and proper control of sensitive project information.

10) Create, update, and maintain accurate BOMs in the relevant system.

11) Manage BOM revisions and ensure proper version control.

12) Verify material descriptions, part numbers, quantities, and specifications.

13) Coordinate with Designer, Production, Procurement, and Planning departments on BOM changes.

14) Ensure BOM information matches approved drawings and technical specifications.

15) Investigate and resolve discrepancies between BOMs, drawings, and actual material requirements.

16) Support material planning and procurement by providing accurate BOM information.

17) Monitor obsolete or discontinued materials and update BOM records accordingly.

18) Prepare BOM reports and documentation as required.

19) Support cost estimation and inventory planning where applicable.

20) Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
