• Coordinate and support daily HR and recruitment operations.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and process employment-related documents and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle employee and candidate enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

- Min A Level/ Diploma in any discipline

- Able to start work within short notice
