SPM, Professional certificate, Diploma in any field

0–2 years of experience in QC role will be an added advantage

Basic computer literacy, basic mathematic calculation

Willing to work shift

Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision

Perform daily lab testing as per duty roster arrange by direct superior

Perform lab testing according to the standard method written in Lab Manual

Ensure the lab testing result is within the internal specification and immediately inform direct superior and production personnel when the testing result is out of specification

Prepare the additives used for production as per < Additive Request / Preparation Form >

Make sure the weight of individual additive is correct before preparation and label the plastic bag accordingly

Update the additive stock card after preparation of additive

Correctly key in the testing result to online QC system at the end of the shift

Maintain laboratory cleanliness and tidiness
