Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the
• DeltaV (DCS) to ensure system reliability, availability, and GMP compliance.
• Responsible for the administration of DS computerized systems, including user account management, periodic access review, data backup and recovery, and system time synchronization.
• Support system lifecycle activities, including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA, qualification/validation, and GMP release to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, troubleshoot automation issues, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

About You:

• Familiar with Emerson DeltaV System
• Familiar with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• Familiar with DS equipment and instrument
• At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least three years of experience in DeltaV systems or computerized system management.

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,500.00 per month

• GMP: 5 years (Preferred)
• DeltaV: 5 years (Preferred)
• Automation: 5 years (Preferred)
• 21 CFR Part 11: 5 years (Preferred)
