Kerja Sepenuh Masa Skill Operator Cum Operation (Aquaponic), Gaji tinggi MYR 1,700 di DXN Holdings Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibility :

1. Manage seedling production and crop establishment.

2. Sow, germinate and prepare seedlings for transplanting.

3. Transplant seedlings into aquaponics growing systems.

4. Carry out routine pruning, staking, trellising and removal of damaged leaves.

5. Monitor plant growth, flowering, fruit development and crop condition.

6. Monitor and record pH, nutrient parameters and other relevant growing conditions.

7. Identify common nutrient deficiencies, pests, diseases and abnormal plant growth.

8. Carry out basic corrective actions according to SOP.

9. Maintain growing beds/channels, growing media and irrigation/water circulation areas.

10. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the growing area.

11. Record germination rate, survival rate, crop growth and harvest information.

12. Assist in improving crop productivity and reducing plant mortality.

13. Coordinate with the aquaculture operator to maintain appropriate fish–plant balance.

Requirement :

1. Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agrotechnology, Aquaculture or related field.

2. Experience in vegetable farming, hydroponics or aquaponics is preferred.

3. Knowledge of seedling production and crop maintenance.

4. Basic understanding of pH, nutrients and plant deficiencies.

5. Experience with tomato, leafy vegetables or other commercial crops is an advantage.

6. Able to perform hands-on planting, pruning and harvesting activities.

7. Willing to work outdoors and in a farm environment.

8. Able to maintain daily crop records.

9. Fresh graduates with relevant agricultural/horticultural internship may be considered.
