Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administration / Finance Executive to support the company’s daily administrative, financial, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records.
Prepare invoices and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Process employee expense claims and assist with monthly financial closing.
Support payroll preparation, CPF submissions, and employee leave administration.
Coordinate office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
Maintain proper filing systems for company documents and records.
Assist with administrative compliance matters relating to ACRA, IRAS, and MOM.
Provide general administrative support to management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in administrative or accounting functions in Singapore.
Basic understanding of Singapore accounting practices and CPF requirements.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential company information professionally.
