About the Role:

The Marketing Manager (Influencers & Campaigns) is responsible for building OxyShred’s North American athlete and influencer program, delivering 52 commercially driven campaigns a year and turning influencer content into measurable revenue.

This role sits at the intersection of talent, campaigns and performance. You will lead a team Athlete & Influencer Performance Executives across Australia and Singapore/Malaysia, signing and managing talent, building campaigns, negotiating deals and proving the return on every dollar invested.

Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in building our new global marketing hub in Singapore and Malaysia.

Content is king, but distribution is the kingdom.

Success in this role means a high-performing roster, a campaign every week, and athlete and influencer partnerships that generate demand, customers and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Athlete & Influencer Performance: Plan and run 52 athlete- and influencer-led campaigns a year across North America, driving e-commerce revenue through discount codes, email acquisition and @OxyShred follower growth.
• Lead Campaigns & Launches: Own the talent layer of major brand campaigns, product launches and retail moments, with integrated plans across social, content, paid media, retail and e-commerce.
• Own TikTok Reach & Frequency: Set the strategy and brief for TikTok Reach & Frequency campaigns that drive awareness and retail velocity around launches.
• Scale Winning Content: Identify top-performing organic content fast, push it to Paid Media for amplification, and keep a steady pipeline of creative ready for paid.
• Build & Lead the Team: Hire 4 new executives in Singapore/Malaysia, coach the team against clear commercial KPIs, and run a weekly pipeline and performance cadence across both offices.
• Negotiate Talent Partnerships: Recruit athletes and influencers who fit our target consumer, and negotiate deals end to end, including fees, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights and renewals.
• Manage the Roster for Return: Benchmark rates, track performance, cut or renegotiate underperforming partnerships, and move investment to the strongest performers.
• Report & Optimise: Report campaign and roster performance weekly to the Global Director of Marketing, using data to sharpen briefs, hooks, talent selection and creative.

About you:

• Proven experience leading athlete, influencer or creator marketing programs with clear commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading, hiring and performance-managing a team, ideally across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiator with experience in talent contracts, usage rights and exclusivity.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form content that drives both attention and sales.
• Commercially minded and comfortable owning revenue, ROI and budgets.
• Confident reading performance data and making fast decisions from it.
• Experience with paid social amplification and the North American market is highly desirable.
• Comfortable challenging talent, agencies and internal teams when performance isn’t good enough.
• Passionate about fitness, wellness and consumer brands.
• Most importantly, you know the best influencer programs don’t just generate attention. They generate revenue.
