YOTEL Kuala Lumpur City Center

YOTEL Kuala Lumpur, our first hotel in Malaysia, will be situated in the capital’s Central Business District. Featuring 300 rooms, the hotel will showcase YOTEL’s latest features including the brand’s signature robotic concierge, motorised SmartBeds, and fully integrated technologies for which YOTEL is known.

Guests will have access to the brand’s multi-functional dining and co-working space – a 24-hour fitness centre, a Grab + Go snack station, and meeting hubs that can be used to network and relax. Guests, visitors of the hotel and locals will also have access to a rooftop pool and bar offering views of the city skyline.

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising the stewarding team, making sure our kitchens, back-of-house areas and equipment are kept clean, hygienic and ready for service at all times. From organising daily cleaning schedules and dishwashing operations to managing chemical and equipment inventory, controlling breakage and supporting the kitchen during busy service and events, you will play an important role in keeping our F&B operation safe, efficient and running to the highest hygiene standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced steward or stewarding team leader who takes pride in cleanliness and organisation, leads by example and is ready to take on more responsibility in a supervisory role.
