We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The role will be responsible for defining target architectures, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on architecture experience across microservices, distributed systems, system integration, APIs, and event-driven architectures, with a solid background in Java-based enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise banking applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable and resilient systems using- microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Develop architecture standards, design principles, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and govern API strategies, integration frameworks, and interoperability standards across enterprise platforms.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to support complex business domains and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, availability, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical design artifacts.
• Support application modernization, cloud adoption, and transformation initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Lead Engineering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
