We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our custom digital solutions business. You will identify, pursue, and close complex, high-value engagements with enterprises, GLCs, and government bodies — spanning End to End Bespoke Solutioning, AI solutioning, cloud modernisation, and more. This role suits a seller who can navigate long sales cycles, engage technical and executive stakeholders, and craft compelling solution proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and develop new business opportunities for custom digital projects across enterprise, GLC, and public sector clients.

Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand client pain points and translate them into compelling solution briefs.

Collaborate with presales to craft tailored proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through to contract signing.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and procurement leaders.

Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate monthly forecasts; use CRM rigorously.

Represent Agmo at enterprise events, government forums, and industry panels.

Work with delivery and technical teams post-sale to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales Experience, preferably with experience in technology services or custom solutions.

Demonstrable track record of closing deals in the RM 200K–RM 5M range.

Experience engaging enterprise, GLC, or government clients in Malaysia or overseas.

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; able to communicate with clients from China.

Existing networks in sectors such as banking, O&G, telco, retail, or government is a plus.

Experience responding to government or corporate RFPs/tenders is a strong plus.
